As we have done in the past, we are asking for a small donation to offset the extra cost of refreshments, handouts, and supplies needed throughout the event. We are asking for a donation of $50 per member this year, and this is the only cost aside from personal traveling expenses, meals, and hotel.
If you plan to advance during Conclave, we ask that you submit your grade advancement fee of $65 prior to the start of Conclave. This is very important in order to allow time to complete the preparation of grade materials. You should plan to have your testing completed by July 15th in order to give your proctor time to notify the Cancellarius if you are recommended for advancement.
