Please read the following information completely before applying for membership:
Applicants below the age of 18 will not be accepted for membership. Candidates for initiation who live within 120 Miles of a Temple will be required to come for their Neophyte Initiation in person unless special circumstances dictate otherwise. Once your application is submitted, it will be reviewed and you will be contacted. Please be patient, you may not be contacted for two to three months after submitting your application. We receive a high volume of applications and review each one by hand, selecting only a few applications for membership each month. If your application is selected, we will contact you.
Once you are informed that your application is accepted, we will instruct you as to how to proceed with confirming your membership, online account, and member dues.
The total cost for new membership is $80 ($65 Initiation fee + $15 for first months dues) if you choose monthly dues via automatic deduction with PayPal. You will also have the option of one time payments for bi-annual ($90), or annual dues ($180) if you do not want to do auto-deduction. Further instructions will be sent with your acceptance information.

Both fees must be submitted prior to final confirmation of initiation date.
